Justice Dept. Asked to Investigate Roger Clemens

In what may be the single most important testimony given to congress this year, Roger Clemens' trainer testified before a legislative committee.

Clemens' personal trainer testified he gave Clemens steroid injects which contrasts from Clemens' own testimony in which he rejects the claims.  Upon the closure of this highly important legislative session, the Justice Department was asked to launch into an investigation of the issues that were testified on.  Why hasn't the Justice Department been asked to investigate the oil companies and their "revenue stream" of $77 thousand dollars per hour.
